One-on-one coaching that combines the richness of coaching with solid business savvy.

Coach-on-Call for those who would just love to have a confidential, high achieving thinking partner "just in time". You purchase a "block" of time, and schedule calls as needed.

Assessment support to help recipients truly understand their results, create a development plan, and follow through on intentions and commitments. I either arrange for the delivery of the assessment or use those provided by the client.

Strategic Life Planning for those who want to use a methodical, actionable, and proven business approach to creating a successful and fulfilling work/life more by design and less by default.

Coaching support to ensure what gets learned gets done. Why spend thousands of dollars on training, communicating a new company vision, etc. only to have behavior remain the same? Studies have shown that training, when augmented with coaching, yields productivity increases almost four times the level achieved by training alone.

Group coaching to people with similar priorities (e.g. any work team, sales leaders, women in leadership positions, attendees from a mission critical training program, a group of managers, executive committee, retiring employees, etc.). I facilitate the discussion of real issues, real time. I provide individual coaching on the call, which benefits all participants given the common focus of the group.
