Who Am I?

I know what drives high achievers. I am one. I understand your interests.

I put myself through university entirely on scholarships. I earned the Gold Medal in Commerce & Finance. I've been Valedictorian and Queen of the Prom. I've distinguished myself in 3 corporate careers - Investment Trading & Sales, Strategic Human Resources, and Coaching. I was noted as one of the top 3 salespeople in Canada in money market securities. I've been a high potential, exceptional performer, partnering with individuals as senior as Vice-Chairman. I've managed teams in both line and staff functions.

Despite being on the executive track, I chose to work part-time for 10 years while my children were young, still in challenging roles. Of course, I wanted to be a high achieving mother as well.

I reached the point in 2000 where I no longer found sufficient meaning in my work. I left a great career of 20 years with a Canadian Bank, but not before I had chosen another profession, secured transition support, signed up for my first course, and negotiated my first 5 clients with my former employer. I went back to school and became professionally certified as a coach in 2001 through the Coaches Training Institute. I've built a successful home-based company on my terms.

I've been married since 1985 and have 2 teenage daughters that are the light of my life. I have 3 fabulous adult stepdaughters. I am committed to my family, my mom, my friends, my dog, my health, my interests, my happiness, and my life.

I believe in straight talk. I believe in getting to root cause and going for the most valuable outcome. We will engage in bold and meaningful conversations. I am a high achiever who is absolutely dedicated to my clients.
